Knowledge Beyond the Fence℠

Wildlife
Legacy Package
The Legacy Package is Warden Certified Properties' most comprehensive wildlife evaluation, designed for landowners seeking the highest level of analysis, research, and professional interpretation. Building upon the Foundation, Advantage, and Premier Packages, the Legacy Package provides an extensive evaluation of the property's wildlife resources, population potential, management opportunities, and surrounding landscape influences.
This package includes the review and professional interpretation of available harvest data, local wildlife population trends, regional wildlife reports, public records, aerial imagery, GIS mapping resources, owner-provided information, and other hard-to-find data sources. When practical, Warden Certified Properties℠ will also conduct interviews or make reasonable attempts to contact neighboring landowners, hunters, conservation professionals, biologists, foresters, and other individuals with firsthand knowledge of local wildlife populations, hunting pressure, and management practices to gain additional insight into the surrounding landscape.
Clients receive professionally interpreted findings, customized recommendations, deer and turkey harvest management plans, and customized 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year wildlife management plans that provide a clear roadmap for achieving both short-term objectives and long-term wildlife management goals.
The Legacy Package delivers true Knowledge Beyond the Fence℠ by combining on-property observations with regional research, local knowledge, and professional expertise to help landowners make informed decisions that enhance wildlife populations, recreational opportunities, conservation value, and the long-term stewardship of their property.
