We are a husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping Brokerages & Real Estate Agents, Landowners, Hunters, Buyers, and Sellers maximize the value and potential of their property. With more than 25 years of combined experience in natural resources, conservation, land management, and real estate, we provide personalized guidance for land improvement and stewardship, recreational property development, property evaluations, contracting and real estate services. Our mission is to help clients better understand their property so they can make confident, informed decisions that maximize its enjoyment, stewardship, and long-term value.
Our story began more than 22 years ago while working together for the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Since then, we have built our lives around a shared passion for conservation, the outdoors, and helping others connect with the land. We can assist with everything from residential properties to farms, hunting land, and recreational acreage. We believe land is more than an investment—it's a legacy—and we would be honored to help you protect, improve, sell or buy, and enjoy your property for generations to come.
Jeremy King

Jeremy King is the founder of Warden Certified Properties℠, bringing more than 20 years of experience in conservation, natural resource management, and land stewardship. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Management from Upper Iowa University (2002) and a Certified Public Manager (CPM) endorsement through Drake University (2013).
Since 2004, Jeremy has served as an Iowa Conservation Officer, gaining extensive experience in wildlife, fisheries, timber, habitat management, water resources, conservation planning, and landowner relations. He also previously worked for the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
As a licensed Iowa Land Agent, Jeremy combines his conservation expertise with real estate knowledge to help clients understand, improve, and maximize the value of their land. His mission is simple: provide Knowledge Beyond the Fence™ through professional evaluations, practical recommendations, and responsible stewardship.
Jacki King

Jacki brings a unique blend of expertise in natural resources, education, and real estate to Warden Certified Properties℠. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University and began her career in natural resource education and management, building a strong foundation in conservation, wildlife habitat, and land stewardship. After raising her family as a stay-at-home mother, she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Kaplan University and currently serves as a high school life science teacher, combining her passion for science, conservation, and education.
As a licensed Iowa Realtor and co-owner of Warden Certified Properties℠, Jacki helps clients navigate land management, habitat improvement, recreational property development, and real estate transactions. Her background allows her to evaluate properties through both a conservation and investment lens, helping clients maximize the value and enjoyment of their land. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, birdwatching, horseback riding, gardening, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
